Communications Contest for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CCDHH)

This contest is designed to offer a chance for young people who are deaf or hard of hearing to present their thoughts on a topic in a public forum. This experience helps to develop the skills and confidence to present in sign or orally to a large audience. The program also provides a valuable opportunity to compete for a $1,500 college scholarship.

The CCDHH contest will be held Saturday, April 24 at Gallaudet University. Further details will be forthcoming. Contact  Steve Toth of Alexandria Sunrise Club for additional information.
