OPTIMIST OF THE QUARTER

The Optimist of the Quarter is a Program of the district's Past Governor's Association and provides Club Presidents with an easy method to recognize Club Members for their service.

The Club President submits a nomination for the Optimist of the Quarter to the Past Governor's Association by providing the name of the nominee, the quarter nominated for and the President's signature.

The Past Governor's Association prepares and presents an Optimist of the Quarter Certificate to the nominated individuals.
